You are the voice and ears of TRINE, being the first point of contact for our investors. You love to chat with our customers, solve their problems and leave them with a smile on their face. You are driven by understanding, helping and interacting with others. Our investors are at the forefront of everything you do and you have the ability to turn their feedback into tangible actions to make sure we always improve our investment product and relationships.
In order to succeed in this role we need you to be flawlessly fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

Most likely you have a background from customer support, key account management or similar background in sales or service management.
Previous experience (work or education) in Communications or Economics will make your application shine a bit brighter
